strange... to float back and be a tourist in some earlier moment... like Heroes without the stress or the X-men enemies... I'd play some soccer as a kid (with good knees)... just being at the pool listening to Paul McCartney and Wings come over the little community pool intercom... hang out with my dad before he died on the steps of a restaurant in charlottesville... to have been less selfish at those earlier ages... less afraid... I've been very lucky with friends and family...

I'd have the shelf life of a small dog... and would never make it through the caffeine withdrawal... 24 hours tops...

Reckless choice. Should have considered all of the difficult future questions of the next four years including the withdrawal from Iraq, the economy, healthcare, education... a very poor choice for the country.

Doing a lot of school stuff, organizational stuff really. Am pretty much crazy with it, am juggling two projects that beg synthesis. In better news I found a few old poems in some of the files that I'm trying to organize, happy! Maybe I will post them... she said.

Had a fantastic time biking with some lj-types through to that happn'n Greek restaurant near Davis. Missed artbeat! But had one of those glorious days from childhood, like going to the swimming pool with no worries, that biking all day can give you too!

deb is here at my house, or should I say "crib"... we have been thinking about bicycle repairs for much of the day, I have almost smushed tobydog, I'm watching a very close person to me go deeper and deeper into the madness that is ebay....
